Cancellation policy

At Wowlavish, we want your shopping experience to be smooth and worry-free. This policy explains how purchases, subscriptions, pre-orders, and try-before-you-buy items work, including cancellation rules.


1. Standard Purchases

  • All standard one-time purchases are processed as soon as payment is confirmed.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they are processed or shipped.

2. Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions deliver products at the frequency you select.

  • Your payment information is securely stored and you will be charged for each delivery unless paid in advance.

  • Some subscriptions auto-renew at the end of the period.

  • You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time via the links in your order confirmation email.

  • Returns or refunds for subscription items follow our Returns & Refunds Policy.


3. Pre-Orders

  • Pre-orders allow you to reserve products that are not yet in stock.

  • You may be charged a full payment or a partial deposit at checkout; the remaining balance is charged when the product ships.

  • You can cancel a pre-order any time before it is fulfilled/shipped.

  • Once shipped, pre-orders cannot be canceled, but refunds may be requested according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

  • Shipping estimates will be provided on the product page and you will receive tracking information when your pre-order ships.


4. Try Before You Buy

  • For try-before-you-buy items, your payment method is authorized at purchase but not immediately charged.

  • You have a set period to decide if you want to keep the item.

  • If not returned within the allowed timeframe, your payment method will be charged for the full amount.

5. Payment & Billing

  • We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other digital wallets.

  • Payment is processed immediately for standard purchases, or per the rules for pre-orders, subscriptions, and try-before-you-buy.

  • All payment information is securely stored and protected.


6. Order Modifications

  • You can update shipping addresses or quantities before your order is processed.

  • Once an order is processed or shipped, modifications are not possible.


7. Shipping & Delivery

  • International orders may be subject to customs, VAT, or import fees.


8. Refund Eligibility

  • All sales are final once processed, except for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

9. Late or Missing Orders
