At Wowlavish, your satisfaction matters to us. Due to the nature of our products, please review our policy carefully before ordering.


🚫 No Returns or Exchanges (Hygiene & Safety)

Because our products are perfume oils, cosmetics, and personal-use items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened or unopened items. This policy is in place to protect the health and safety of all customers.


💔 All Sales Are Final

All sales are final once an order is placed.
We do not offer refunds for:

-Change of mind

-Personal scent preference

-Allergic reactions

-Items opened or used

-Incorrect address entered at checkout

Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.


📦 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

-Your order number

-Photos of the product and packaging

We will happily assist with a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.


🚚 Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for:

-Packages marked “Delivered” but not received

-Packages lost or delayed by the carrier

-Packages stolen after delivery

For these issues, please contact the carrier directly. We will help where possible, but refunds cannot be issued.


📮 Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they are processed or shipped.
If you need to request a cancellation, contact us immediately—cancellations are not guaranteed.
