All WOWLAVISH product ingredients are listed on each product page. Because our body butters contain natural oils, butters, and botanicals, customers with allergies or sensitive skin should perform a patch test before full use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. WOWLAVISH is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities resulting from the use or misuse of our products.

NATURAL PRODUCT VARIATIONS

Because WOWLAVISH products are handcrafted with natural ingredients, variations in color, texture, and scent may occur. These natural differences do not affect product quality or effectiveness.

MELTING DURING TRANSIT

Our body butters contain natural oils and butters that may soften or melt when exposed to heat—especially during warm weather or in hot climates.

  • Melting may occur during shipping or while the package is sitting in a mailbox.

  • If your WOWLAVISH body butter arrives melted or softened, place it in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes to re-solidify.

  • Texture changes after re-solidifying are normal for natural products.

DELIVERY RECOMMENDATION:
To help prevent melting, we strongly recommend retrieving your WOWLAVISH package as soon as it is marked “Out for Delivery” or “Delivered.” Avoid leaving the package outdoors, in direct sunlight, or in hot environments.

WOWLAVISH does not offer refunds, replacements, or store credit for products that melt during shipping. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this possibility.

FINAL SALE POLICY

All WOWLAVISH body butters are FINAL SALE.
Due to the nature of handcrafted, natural skincare products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason—including preferences, reactions, or heat-related melting.
